Right of exchange

! The item must be unused and undamaged!

! Exchange of goods only against a receipt or exchange slip!

! Discounted items, second-hand items from the second-hand shelf and food/drinks cannot be exchanged!

!Personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned!

Cancellation period: You can cancel the purchase within 14 days.

You cannot claim the money back, but you can get a voucher/gift card that you can shop for another time. You can use the voucher/gift card within 6 months.

GIFT: If you want to buy a gift, remember that you can get an exchange slip. The exchange deadline is 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Manufacturing error/Production error

As soon as it has been determined that the fault is the seller's responsibility, we shall offer a repair or a new item. You should receive that within a reasonable time.

Repair: We do not attempt to repair the same error more than twice. If we are unable to repair or provide you with a new item, you can get your money back.

Claim period

According to Norwegian law, all jewelery has a 2-year warranty. Wear and tear and damage caused by errors or inadequate maintenance are not covered by the right of complaint.
